Refund policy

CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER

You may make the following changes to your order:
• Cancel any portion of or the entire order
• Change the Ship to Address

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible and thus, we can only accept
a change to or cancel your order up to the time your order has been released for
shipment. Please write to us at 'concierge@comoshambhala.com' for assistance.

MISSING, INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR FAULTY PACKAGE

If item is defective or damaged when parcel is received, item will be exchanged or refunded.

Item must be in it's original packaging, unopened and unused to be valid for exchange.

Please contact Customer Service at 'concierge@comoshambhala.com' within 7 days from the date of purchase or from when you have received your parcel, and provide us with the following details:

  1.  Name and email address used in the order / order number
  2. Photos or videos of defect or damaged item

The case will be attended to within 1-2 business days.
