Orders
We sincerely apologise if you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product. Please reach out to us at concierge@comoshambhala.com within 7 days from the date of delivery with the following details:

Once the order details are recieved, our team will be in touch to support you with your request.
You may make the following changes to your order within two hours from the time of purchase:
• Cancel any portion of or the entire order
• Add items to an existing order
• Amend the Shipping Address
As we work to ship your order as quickly as possible, we can only accept cancellations or changes to your order before it has been released for shipment.
To request for a change or cancellation, please contact us at concierge@comoshambhala.com. Cancellation requests can only be made via email. Our team will inform you of the eligibility of the request.
Do note that cancellations will be refunded back to your original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card). Gift Cards are not refundable after purchase.

Delivery
We ship to all countries except Canda, Mexico, Spain, and the United States of America.
For orders from these regions, please visit the Via Coquina website.
We do not ship to multiple addresses for one order. We are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes or forwarding addresses.
All orders will be processed on the next working day. For deliveries to Singapore addresses, your order(s) will arrive within two to three working days after processing (excluding weekends and public holidays).
International orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delivery schedules may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, public holidays, or potential courier delays.
We appreciate your understanding and patience.
We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date. For Singapore orders, our parcel will be delivered within 2–3 working days. You may also shop the complete collection in-store at COMO Shambhala Singapore at 30 Bideford Road, Level 4, COMO Orchard, Singapore 229922.
All international orders will be shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis.
Please note that COMO Shambhala is not liable for any taxes or import duties that could be levied on international shipments when the package reaches your destination. These duties or taxes will be paid for by the recipient.
Payment and Billing
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and UnionPay. The availability of each payment mode may differ based on each country site.
We do not retain your payment information on our website. For your security, you will be prompted to enter your card details with each purchase.
Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology — an encryption technology that provides security for information that is transmitted over the Internet. Transactions are processed through secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a protected environment. You may click on the padlock icon on the top of your browser to learn more about the SSL digital certificate.
To provide additional security measures, we utilise Verified by VISA and Mastercard Securecode. If you are paying with a card that is enrolled with one of these programmes, your issuing bank will require you to confirm your details after submitting your order. This will be handled electronically through your bank.
Should you encounter any technical difficulties with your card, please contact your bank's local Customer Service Team for assistance.
All prices on the COMO SHAMBHALA e-shop are given in Singapore Dollar ($). They do not include delivery costs and import taxes for any orders outside Singapore.
For International Orders, the prevailing exchange rate will be applied to the final order value prior to payment authorisation. Please be aware that your financial institution may apply foreign currency conversion fees for transactions not made in your card’s base currency.
COMO Shambhala Gift Card
Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Any Gift Cards purchased are valid for use on the COMO Shambhala eShop only and cannot be used in-store.
Physical Gift Cards are only available at COMO Shambhala Singapore at 30 Bideford Road, Level 4, COMO Orchard, Singapore 229922.
Only one gift card can be utilised per order.
Strictly no refunds are allowed. Gift Cards are non-exchangeable for cash.
Purchases made with a Gift Card cannot be cancelled.
