SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship to all countries except Canada, Mexico, Spain and United States of America.

For Canada, Mexico and United States of America orders, please visit Via Coquina.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

All orders will be processed on the next working day. For deliveries to Singapore addresses, your order(s) will arrive within 2 to 3 business days after processing (excluding weekends and public holidays).

All international deliveries will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

We do not ship to multiple addresses for one order.

We are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes or forwarding addresses.

Please note that our delivery time frames are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, public holidays, or potential courier delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

You may make the following changes to your order:
• Cancel any portion of or the entire order
• Change the Ship to Address

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible and thus, we can only accept
a change to or cancel your order up to the time your order has been released for
shipment.

Please contact Customer Service, at ‘concierge@comoshambhala.com’ to request a change to or cancel your order or any portion of your order, at which time you will be informed of the eligibility of the request.

All international orders will be shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that GST will be included in your total order.

Please note that COMO SHAMBHALA has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied on international shipments when the package reaches your destination and for which you will be liable.

PAYMENT METHODS SECURITY

All prices on the COMO SHAMBHALA e-shop are given in Singapore Dollar ($) but exclusive of delivery costs and import taxes outside Singapore.

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and UnionPay. Availability may differ from country site to country site.

Once you completed your check-out and payment authorization, your credit card will be charged.

Please note that for your security, we do not retain your credit card information on our website. You will be provided the opportunity to enter credit card information with each purchase.

To provide additional security measures, we utilise Verified by VISA and Mastercard Securecode. If you are paying with a card that is enrolled with one of these programmes, your issuing bank will require you to confirm your details after submitting your order. You will be prompted at this time to enter your password for authorisation. This will be handled electronically through your bank.
